October Mail Clubs – Moonlit Magic, Night Court Dreams & Enchanted Forests 🍄🦇
An autumn adventure through fantasy worlds and woodland wonders with Painted Chapter.
October has arrived, bringing crisp mornings, golden leaves, cosy evenings and just a little bit of magic!
This month, both our Book Mail Club and Art Mail Club have embraced the enchanting atmosphere of autumn, with two beautiful themes inspired by fantasy, nature and the wonderful feeling of escaping into another world.
Whether you're a fantasy book lover who dreams of starlit courts and magical kingdoms, or a nature enthusiast who finds joy in the little treasures of the forest floor, October's happy mail has something special waiting for you.
🦇 October Book Mail Club – Night Court Magic
For the dreamers, the stargazers and those whose hearts belong in a fantasy world.
October's Book Mail Club takes us into a world of midnight skies, fluttering bats, celestial magic and dreamy Night Court vibes.
Inspired by the atmosphere of beloved romantasy stories, particularly Sarah J. Maas's A Court of Thorns and Roses series, this month's theme celebrates everything we adore about magical worlds, mysterious night skies and the feeling of finding somewhere you truly belong.
Think deep midnight colours, delicate bats, shimmering stars and enchanting gothic details.
Designed with fantasy readers in mind, this month's bookish stationery and artwork are perfect for decorating reading journals, displaying on bookshelves or adding a little magic to your current read.
Our Book Mail Club is all about discovering new stories, supporting independent creatives and celebrating the joy of reading. We also love featuring talented independent authors, photographers and small businesses, bringing something new to discover within our monthly letters.
It's a little envelope of magic, created especially for book lovers.
🍄 October Art Mail Club – Enchanted Woodland Mushrooms
Step into the forest, where the smallest things hold the greatest magic.
For October's Art Mail Club, we're heading into a whimsical autumn woodland, where toadstools grow beneath fallen leaves and curious little creatures hide amongst the moss.
Inspired by woodland walks and the beautiful mushrooms and fungi that appear at this time of year, this month's collection celebrates the quieter, magical side of nature.
Think earthy autumn shades, beautiful toadstools, woodland animals and illustrations with a nostalgic, fairytale feel.
The artwork brings together some of my favourite things to paint: wildlife, natural textures and those little details that make an illustration feel as though it belongs within the pages of an old storybook.
From charming woodland creatures to delicate forest treasures, I've loved creating these designs and capturing a little piece of autumn to share with you.
Whether you choose to display your art print, add it to a scrapbook or simply collect each month's illustrations, I hope October's envelope brings a smile to your face.
✉️ A Little Happiness Through Your Letterbox
Both of our mail clubs are designed to bring a moment of happiness into everyday life.
For just £6 per month, including UK postage, you'll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope of illustrated goodies and creative surprises, all designed around a different theme each month.
Inside our themed happy mail, you can enjoy beautiful artwork, stationery and little extras to collect, gift, scrapbook or treasure.
And if you're not quite ready to subscribe, our Try & Buy envelopes are available for £7, giving you the chance to experience the magic without a monthly commitment.
Every subscription genuinely means so much to me as an independent artist and small business owner. Each illustration is created with care, and packing your little envelopes is one of my favourite parts of the month.
🍁 Thank You for Supporting Small
Watching our little mail club community grow has been such a lovely part of my creative journey.
Every subscription, kind message and photograph of your happy mail makes all the time spent drawing, painting and putting these collections together worthwhile.
I hope October's editions bring a little autumn magic to your home, whether you're curled up reading beneath a cosy blanket or enjoying a peaceful moment surrounded by art and nature.
Here's to magical stories, woodland adventures and finding happiness in the little things.
With love,
Holly x
